An Investigation is Underway after a Woman is Injured in a Lonsdale House Fire

Last night (Tuesday) at 9:09 PM, the Knox County Emergency Communications District received a call about a possible house fire in the 3300 block of Midway Street in the Lonsdale community.

On arrival, the first KFD unit discovered a small fire in the kitchen of the home. The crew was able to extinguish the fire quickly.

Two persons occupied the home at the time of the fire.

The home suffered moderate fire, smoke, and water damage.
