Authorities say the man involved in a crash that injured a student waiting for a bus in Sevier County is charged with passing a stopped school bus and reckless endangerment.
They say John Callaway tried to overtake a bus on East Union Valley Road Friday and when he went around the bus, he hit a student who suffered what is believed to be non-life threatening injuries.
The Tennessee Highway Patrol is investigating the crash.
