Knoxville, TN (WOKI) A murder suspect wanted out of Georgia is arrested Wednesday in Knoxville.
According to charging documents, officers responded to a home on Beaman Lake Road after getting a call from the Johnson County, GA Sheriff’s Office saying the man, John Suggs, was in Knoxville.
Records indicate Suggs was charged after failing to appear in a homicide case and that when officers found him, he also had almost a gram of suspected meth on his person.
Suggs is facing multiple charges to include failure to appear and violation of probation for larceny out of Georgia. In Tennessee, he’s facing charges for possession and being a fugitive from justice, a felony.
