UPDATE: A TBI Silver Alert is issued on behalf of the Blount County Sheriff’s Office for 63 year-old Terry Lowe who was last seen (Tuesday) morning has ended. He has been found and is safe.

Original Story: A TBI Silver Alert is issued on behalf of the Blount County Sheriff’s Office for a missing man.

63 year-old Terry Lowe was last seen late yesterday (Tuesday) morning. He is believed to be driving a 2006 Black Mercury Milan with TN tag 961BBJT.

Lowe has a medical condition that may impair his ability to return home safely without assistance.
