UPDATE: KPD Crisis Negotiators are actively speaking with the man who is barricaded inside of the E. Caldwell Avenue home. The man has an outstanding warrant for aggravated domestic assault from the incident that occurred earlier this morning.

Knoxville, TN (WOKI) Crisis Negotiators with the Knoxville Police Department are at a North Knoxville home in connection to a domestic incident.

Negotiators called to E. Caldwell Avenue and are attempting to make contact with a man wanted in reference that incident which allegedly happened earlier this (Friday) morning.

Please avoid the area as officers work to resolve this incident.
