Boca Raton, Fla. – Newsmax Inc. has begun live trading on the New York Stock Exchange Monday morning with the first trades beginning at 10:51 a.m. ET.
On Monday Newsmax announced that its Class B Common Stock would begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “NMAX”.
Newsmax successfully raised $75 million in its initial public offering under Regulation A+ as well as $225 million in a private preferred offering, which closed in February.
