The Tennessee Department of Health reports 16,970 cases of COVID-19 in the state. Up 271 new cases. There are 1,454 people hospitalized and 290 fatalities from the virus in Tennessee. 9,280 people have recovered from COVID-19 meaning they have been released from isolation.
